At Containerx-press, our mobile tiny homes are backed by a 7-year structural warranty. This warranty provides coverage against qualifying structural defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship.

What Is Covered

The 7-year structural warranty covers major structural components of the mobile tiny home when a covered defect is determined to have resulted from manufacturing or workmanship issues.

Coverage may include:

• Structural frame defects

• Structural welding defects

• Significant structural failures caused by faulty workmanship

• Other qualifying defects affecting the structural integrity of the home

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, or damage caused by circumstances outside of normal use.

The warranty also does not cover damage resulting from improper transportation, installation, site preparation, weather events, natural disasters, or modifications made after delivery unless otherwise specified.

If you believe your mobile tiny home has a covered structural issue, please contact Containerx-press as soon as possible. Provide your order information along with a description of the issue and supporting photographs or documentation when available.

Warranty Period

The warranty begins on the date of delivery to the original purchaser and applies for 7 years from that date.

Individual appliances, equipment, and other installed components are covered according to the applicable manufacturer’s warranty terms.

This structural warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the specific mobile tiny home purchased.
