At Containerx-press, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our tiny homes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
• Custom orders are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.
• Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

3. Restocking Fees

Containerx-press does not charge restocking fees.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. In this case Containerx-press will cover full shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
