Refunds

We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality tiny homes and an exceptional purchasing experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we have a well-defined refund policy to ensure a smooth and stress-free process.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • If you decide to cancel your order for a tiny home within 7 days of placing the order, you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid, no questions asked.
  • If you cancel your order within 30 days of the scheduled delivery date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total purchase price, minus any customization or modification fees already incurred.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date are not eligible for a refund, as significant resources and costs have already been committed to the production of your custom tiny home.

Custom Modifications:

  • For any custom modifications or upgrades requested after the initial order, a 50% deposit will be required. This deposit is non-refundable, as the materials and labor have been committed to your specific project.
  • The remaining 50% of the modification cost will be due upon delivery of your tiny home.

Return Policy:

  • If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of your tiny home upon delivery, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, provided the home is in the same condition as it was delivered.
  • The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the tiny home, including transportation and any necessary repairs to restore the home to its original condition.
