Payment Terms
The Buyer agrees to pay the total price of the product.
Delivery Terms
The Seller agrees to deliver the product(s) to the Buyer's address on or before [Delivery Date]. The Seller will provide tracking information and updates regarding the shipment.
Warranty
The Seller offers a warranty period of 25 years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, the Seller will repair or replace the product at no charge to the Buyer.
Quality Assurance
Each product undergoes a comprehensive quality control process before shipping. The Seller strives to ensure that no minor faults go unnoticed. In the event a defect is discovered after delivery, the Buyer is encouraged to contact the Seller for assistance under the warranty terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product(s).
Refund Policy
We are committed to providing the best quality and an exceptional purchasing experience. Here is our refund policy:
Cancellation and Refunds:
Full Refund: Cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order for a full refund of your deposit.
Partial Refund:
Cancel within 30 business days of the agreed delivery date for a 50% refund of the total purchase price, minus customization fees.
No Refund:
Cancellations within 14 business days of the agreed delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
Custom Modifications:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for any custom modifications. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery.
Return Policy:
If unsatisfied upon delivery, you may return the product within 7 days for a full refund, provided it is in original condition. The customer is responsible for all return costs.
Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States of America.
Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
